Ryans home!

The past few days have been hell. I'm so glad Ryan is home. We spent Friday at my moms house so she wasn't walking around crying. It went well. Ryan was suppose to be arriving into Kenosha at 6:30. Apparently someone jumped in front of a train Friday afternoon so everything was delayed. Thats just the topping on my week from hell. Only something like that would happen the same day he was suppose to be coming home. I just can't imagine ending things that way. Its just terrible. Well Kenna passed out at my moms house so I sat there until Ryan's train finally arrived. It was an hour and a half late so it wasn't too terrible. We got back to the ILs after 9 and put Kenna straight to bed. She slept soundly til 8. It was heaven.

Today was easy. I slept in and Ryan took care of Kenna. Josh was here so he played with Kenna too. We went to our apartment for a little while today to check on our cat. She was fine. I was so happy to be home. Kenna napped while we were there and we both got a shower. It was nice. I'm so excited to go back tomorrow. I missed my house. Next week is going to be 1000% easier for us.

Tomorrow we drop off Ryan again. :( We're going down to my dads house for a bit then I'll have to drive him down to Waukegan. Boooo. But at least our week should go well. And I'll see him Friday night at 6:30 unless someone else throws themself at a train. So its only 4 days.  Not too terrible I guess.

Now I'm off to finish watching UP and maybe have some cookie dough ice cream.
